About Eli Projects
Eli Projects was built around my experience working directly in B2B sales and pipeline generation.
Before launching Eli Projects, I worked in outbound sales within the tent and glamping industry, where I was responsible for prospecting, lead generation, client conversations, and managing relationships with businesses across the UK and Europe. During that time, I consistently saw the same issue across growing businesses: delivery was rarely the problem — pipeline consistency and operational structure were.
That experience pushed me deeper into understanding how businesses actually grow sustainably. Not just through more leads, but through better systems, clearer sales processes, stronger follow-up, and better control over inbound and outbound conversations.
